"Pension Recovery Force" (PRF) is a group of highly skilled vigilantes managed by Just Mel. Their main mission is to seek out White Collar Criminals, frauds committed by business and government professionals, and serve them justice in the form of pain and/or death and steal back any money they have stolen. (i.e. ENRON, Madoff, etc) It's not know if Just Mel is the creator and brains behind the operation, but as far as we know he is. There are rumors that there may be a higher power, a "Capone", if you will...
